Fall is not in the Air

It is Friday and Martin and his grandson who take care of the yard of the mission home raked up the Fall leaves today.  This is it, folks.  Now maybe next week there will be this many more from the mango tree but it is still very hot and very humid here.  Dad was in Valles yesterday for a few hours and it was 104 degrees.
But I bet none of you have a turtle walk past your door or have 2 squirrels that play in your yard or have a hawk that lands here every once in a while and some kind of flower that seems to bloom all year long.  It's definitely different than home but we still miss home.
