Not "Concilio" anymore

It was called concilio or counsel but is now consejo or council. Our leaders are at a point now where it's time to listen more and talk less when it's time to listen to what the leaders in the mission feel about what is happening in the mission. It's a time to hear what they feel is needed and for them to help decide what should be taught in Zone Conferences. We have always done this and have tried to include them in these decisions but the new round table affect we've begun puts them all in a place where they feel needed and listened to. There is so much wisdom in helping them feel like leaders instead of just expecting them to be leaders. They have so much to contribute and we hope they feel just how much we appreciate their input. We are excited for the Zone Conferences to begin this week.
