Elder Stevens and Elder Cardenas stand here with one of their devoted converts. Apparently, someone was hired to threaten the mission that if they didn't get these two missionaries out of the Playa ward something would happen. So after some investigation Dad took them to another area. They are wonderful, hard-working missionaries but a disgruntled man is upset that his former girlfriend got baptized. So for security reasons, they have gone to serve in another part of the mission. In about 6 or 7 weeks other missionaries will go back. It was difficult for this man to have them leave. He cried because he is so appreciative for what they have brought into his life. He is not involved in the problem at all. Just a very sad man for what has happened. He wants to be called as a ward missionary and hopefully that will happen this week for him.
