This is just one of the different things we see almost every time we pull into Tempoal and that we see in many places in Mexico. It is very common to see the meat just "hanging out to dry." I'm not sure if this will be made into jerky or sold fresh but you can bet that it will need to be cooked THOROUGHLY. Where is the U.S.D.A when you need it?
