Zone Conference time

During the comida (lunch time) at zone conferences, hermanas from the stake prepare a meal for the missionaries. One sister brought her two little girls with her and they came in and gave me a big hug and a kiss on the cheek. Look at those beautiful eyes and hair.
Just a quick picture of the police force in motion. There were about 12 policemen in the back of this truck, a common sight in Mexico. After the stake conference in Papantla, Stan shook hands with a district president who then climbed into the back of a full pickup truck with the members of his district to get them back home. Men, women and children. It really was an awesome sight to see what lengths they go to just to be at conference.
We stayed over a couple of nights longer after zone conference here to speak in the Victoria stake conference today and afterward we were directed to a church building where they fed us a wonderful dinner. It was a little reminiscent of what we do for the leaders and guests who attend conference in our stake at home. Just different food, and a different language. These are wonderful people.
