The Last Sunday in the Cuauhtemoc Ward

This is our last Sunday in the mission. There were no stake or ward conferences, no district conferences and no special meetings and so we planned to attend our own ward to say goodbye to the wonderful people here. These are the women of the Relief Society and I have grown to love their compassionate hearts and treasure the influence they have had in my life.

Dad took the camera which is usually in my possession and snapped a few pictures of hugs goodbye. This sweet woman is President Reynoso's mother who I dearly love.

And here are the newest converts of our ward. This mother and daughter were confirmed today and we know they will be a strong force for good.

We will miss the unique courtyard and baptismal font that sit in the middle of the church. The chapel is straight ahead and is really too small for a stake center but the cultural hall is enormous and that is where stake conference is held.
