May Consilio

What can I say.  It's Consilio time again.  It seems to come around so quickly and we only get to have one more of these.  They are great young men who take their responsibilities seriously and sometime suffer headaches and lack of sleep from the worry and stress they feel in their assignment. 

So I guess it's good that we let them pose for this picture once a month.  It's a stress release.  We're grateful for each one.
