FANTASY ON ICE

We actually have had the Russian Ballet come of Tampico but we are never in town so this was our "cultural experience" that we called our anniversary date. Fantasy on Ice came to town. It was something much different than what we were expecting but they did play about 4 Disney songs.
The ice rink is very small and the ice is a little brown and it's really outdoors with a tent thrown over the top. Because it's not totally enclosed it's very hot in there which explains why there was an inch of water just sitting on the top. A couple of the men skaters where actually pretty good but they only had a few few of ice to skate on.
We bought box seats which made it so we didn't have to wait outside in the heat. We waited inside in the heat. I actually brought a sweater with me in case it got a little chilly in there. You know, to keep the ice frozen.
It was an experience. After intermission we left. We've had our Fastasy on Ice experience so we don't have to do that again. PHEW!
