Feliz Cumpleaños, Presidente Call

It's not every day that your favorite person turns "60". So we celebrated by going for Mexican food.

The lighting ceremony in the materials room. Yes, they are surrounded by cases of the Book of Mormon and other flammable things. Three pyros lighting a cake. They wanted to have 60 candles on that cake.

By the time they lit all of them and walked into his office, the candles had burned down to the cake top and had fire-roasted the oreos on top. The office smelled like something was burned.
In the end, we picked off the wax, cut the cake and enjoyed it. Dad also ate the burned oreo cookie in the middle.
It does look a little toasted, doesn't it?
They found some little piece of paper to wrap a gift for him...
which was a TIE !!! The only sensible birthday gift for a missionary. It's a good thing too because the one he has on has had it. The missionaries are so good to us.
